Our Promise
We want every purchase to be an easy decision. If a product isn't right for you, tell us and we will refund it under the terms below. We don't run save-the-sale scripts and we don't make you fill in forms: one email is enough.
Every refund is paid back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your access to the product ends and your licence to use it is withdrawn.

The Scaling Checklist (2.0)
The Scaling Checklist (2.0) carries a 90-day money-back guarantee.
If at any point in the 90 days after purchase you decide the Checklist isn't valuable for your business, email us and we will refund your payment in full. No conditions, no questions beyond which order you mean.
Order bumps and upgrades bought alongside the Checklist (for example an extended licence) are covered by the same 90-day guarantee.
Digital Product
101 AI Skills (formerly 77 AI Skills)
The AI skills pack, sold as 101 AI Skills and before that as 77 AI Skills, carries a 90-day money-back guarantee.
If at any point in the 90 days after purchase you decide the skills aren't valuable for your business, email us and we will refund your payment in full. No conditions, no questions beyond which order you mean.
Digital Product
Digital Products, Workshops and Replays
Every other digital product we sell, including workshop tickets, workshop replays, bundles and one-time upgrades, carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
For a live workshop the 30 days run from the live date, so you can attend, watch the replay and still ask for a refund if it didn't deliver.
Programs
Programs, Memberships and Services
Our back-end programs and services, including the SFB Scaling Program and done-for-you builds, are sold with a terms sheet that you agree and sign before you start. Each program carries its own guarantee, written into your terms sheet with its conditions, and your terms sheet governs refunds and that guarantee. If anything on this page differs from your signed terms sheet, the terms sheet applies.
Monthly continuity: cancel at any time by email. Your access runs to the end of the month already paid for and no further charges are made. We do not refund part-months.
Annual access: refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the annual fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
Consulting and done-for-you builds: this work is bespoke and begins straight after your onboarding call, so it is not covered by a change-of-mind refund once work has started. Your signed terms sheet sets out the guarantee that applies and what happens if either side needs to stop.
All Programs
Guarantees Are Based on the Work Being Done
Every guarantee we give, whether written into your terms sheet or spoken on a call, is based on reasonable fulfilment of the work. We don't give unconditional guarantees. As a minimum, a program guarantee applies only when you have done your part:
1. At least 20% attendance on live calls in your relevant time zone.
2. At least 50% of the program completed inside Circle.
3. The actions agreed on each call completed within the timeframe set on that call, or within 7 days where none is set.
4. Payments kept up to date, including any agreed payment plan.
Your terms sheet may add conditions of its own. A guarantee is assessed at the end of its stated period, and any refund request must be made in writing to admin@systemsforbusiness.xyz within 14 days of that period ending. Where these conditions are not met, the guarantee does not apply. The money-back guarantees on digital products above are not affected.
Process
How to Request a Refund
1. Email admin@systemsforbusiness.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request - [Product Name]".
2. Include the name and email address you used at purchase. An order number helps but isn't required.
3. We will confirm and process your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Currency conversion differences applied by your bank are outside our control.

If you are thinking about disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first. A refund from us reaches you faster than a chargeback, and it saves you the paperwork. If a charge on your statement looks unfamiliar, it will read SYSTEMSFORBUSINESS or SFB, and we can identify the order from your email address in minutes.
